CUTTING OF TACOS WHILE MOVING
The Prime.9 is a most advanced cutter developed by Allcomp. Combining automation with precision, as a multilayer cutter it has been developed to cut high runs of up to 9 cm after pressing the raw material. It is suitable for cutting a wide variety of materials – from delicate fabrics and knits to more demanding raw materials such as denim or cevlar.
Prime.9, designed with Industry 4.0 in mind, integrates with cutting room systems to ensure smooth processes and reduce operating costs. Our range includes not only the necessary spare and consumable parts, but also advanced cutting room equipment. Choosing Prime.9 is a guarantee of automation, efficiency and high throughput in production.
Multifunctional head with drilling unit and precise blade deflection compensation, very high rigidity of the system guarantees perfect cutting of a wide variety of materials
System for mounting additional new tools on the head - 3 slots
High cutting speed for timely production and delivery
Increased productivity thanks to the cutting of the raw material during movement
Full control of cutting quality achieved by moving the raw material during full vacuum suction
Why the Prime.9 machine was developed:
We noticed some challenges on the cutting rooms of our customers, who were unable to increase throughput in order to cut high runs efficiently. In response to these challenges, we developed the Prime.9 machine, which can cut fabric up to 9 cm wide after vacuum pressing. Our previous machines were not suitable for this task. In addition, many of our customers did not have the extra space to expand their cutting rooms, hence the idea to create a completely new machine.
As Allcomp, we understand the need to continually develop our technology and respond to the manufacturing challenges our customers may face in the near future. We have developed a new modular head that allows for more efficient and flexible cutting. Importantly, we have developed the new solution in such a way as to carry out a modification of the caterer already installed at the customer's premises.
New reinforced head design to cope with harder raw materials:
One of the key problems faced by manufacturers using very hard materials for their products is the lack of a suitable strength head design. The Prime.9 machine head uses a reinforced head design to enable it to meet our customers' requirements for cutting these harder materials.
Additional solutions in our new Prime.9 head include automatic knife sharpening measurement, which solves the problem of trimming during the cutting process and extends knife life. We have also created a completely new sharpening unit, which significantly extends the period of time during which the sharpening stones are used, thus ensuring considerable savings in machine wear parts.
The machine and the head are equipped with a number of new sensors, which monitor the technical condition of the machine's assemblies and ensure proper prediction of possible problems, thus safeguarding future production.
We put operator safety first in our technology. That is why we have incorporated a number of solutions in the Prime.9 to reduce machine and operator errors to zero, in order to ensure the safety of the workers and not to damage the machine.
The current version of the system developed by Allcomp for controlling the cutter. Lifetime software upgrades included.
The process of cutting and drilling while the material is moving. Material advance at full vacuum. Automatic adjustment of the cutting knife speed to the head travel. Real-time process monitoring and linking of cutting files with parameters.
3 slots are provided on the back of the head for the installation of new tools. This solution enables the user to change the configuration of the machine adapting it to different needs. It is possible to install, for example, a hevy drill module, and to replace it for another job with, for example, a package stitcher module. The functionality has been designed so that the head tooling can be modified with special functions in the future.
Smooth vacuum force adjustment based on a frequency converter, significantly reducing electrical energy consumption.
System for covering cut elements. Additional fixed foil cooperating with the head during cutting.
Lightweight drill at the front of the head allowing the use of drills for markings on elements ranging from 1.5 mm to 6mm.
Makes positioning the cutter head easier and faster when cutting patterned fabrics.
Remote assistance access with Allcomp support department.
Access to an extended reporting module and machine performance statistics.
Integrated waste segregation bin within the machine.
Large Offload View, czyli 55″ monitor LCD w polu odbiorczym.
Semi-automatic labeling system for cut parts.
Sorting system and display of parts on the receiving belt.
A system for constant or sequential cooling of the knife during cutting.
Reading barcodes from production orders. Automatic search for cutting layouts and cutting parameters.
Additional OPTITEX software; MARKER cutting layouts (without optimization), IMPORT of files (dxf, aama, astm, hpgl, gbr, iso), and SHARED CUT LINES.
Additional two drills at the rear of the head for drilling holes in elements ranging from 2 mm to 22 mm.
An automatic cutter carriage shifting system between two or more feeding tables.
